WAT Policies!

Our goal is to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable ATV tour.  The policies listed are our guidelines of operation.  Please review these policies, and if you have any questions or concerns contact us and we will do our best to address them.

Safety
Your safety is our #1 concern.  Driving an ATV is a very enjoyable experience and they can take you places you could otherwise not visit.  When operated correctly, ATV's are a very safe vehicle. However, when not operated correctly, these machines can be very dangerous.  We ensure that our ATV's are operated correctly by providing the following:
⦁    Pre-ride safety instruction and hands-on riding instruction under the supervision of your guide
⦁    Driving practice before trail riding
⦁    If at any time during the tour a guide feels that you are being reckless, they may end your tour without a refund
We will provide helmets and goggles.  Helmets are required by law.  Eye protection, either our goggles or your glasses or sunglasses, is mandatory.

Medical
Guides are First Aid and CPR certified.  Guides are equipped with phones in case of a medical emergency. Pregnant women are not allowed on these rides. If you have neck, back, or other recurring medical concerns, your doctor should be consulted before booking a tour. We will be miles from any medical facility.

Drivers
It is mandatory that all drivers be at least 16 and have a valid drivers license. Any person under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will be required to sign a liability waiver.

Clothing
Alaska is unpredictable: You should prepare for cool weather. Bring enough warm clothing to dress in layers.  Long pants, long sleeves, and a jacket are highly recommended.   Wear clothing you don’t mind getting dirty. Boots or tennis shoes are required.

What to Bring
⦁    Rain Gear: A rain jacket, rain pants, or a poncho are recommended.
⦁    Backpack:  Backpack or other tote for storage.
⦁    Snacks:  Bring a full water bottle!  You can bring your own snacks.
⦁    Electronics:  You will be riding off-road and any valuables, keys, electronics, etc. can be lost on the trail. Bring only what you really need. We won’t be responsible for damaged or lost items.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or cash.  Payment must be made in full at time of reservation.
